Q: Can I order tickets with a credit card on the phone?
A: For some organizations, yes. Contact the Center about specific organizations.

Q: When I order by phone, will the tickets be mailed to me, or do I have to pick them up in person?
A: Each arts group decides this for itself and tells the Center staff. Most groups require people to pick up their tickets at the Center. Some groups will place reserved tickets at Will Call (the group’s box office) to be available the day of the performance. Ask about options when you purchase tickets.

Q: Are there other ticket outlets for these organizations other than the Battelle Performing Arts Business Center?
A: Some organizations have other outlets, including their own box offices. Contact the organization or the Center to find out more.

Q: Do arts organizations also sell tickets at the door of the performances?
A: Most do, but be aware that tickets may be limited or sold out by then.

Q: What are the Center’s hours?
A: 8 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 943-ARTS (2787).

Q: Where is the Battelle Performing Arts Business Center?
A: 716 Jadwin, Richland, in the Three Rivers Arts & Entertainment District. The North and South cross streets are Knight and Lee. See map.

Driving directions from South Richland, Kennewick, or Pasco:
Go north on George Washington Way. Pass the light on Lee Boulevard, turn left on Knight, pass the first parking lot on the left called The Parkway, then turn left into the last parking lot before Jadwin Avenue. The Center is on the left, next door to Allstate Insurance.
